Distribution partnerships

Build a distribution partnership with a defined scope.

Tell us where you operate, whom you serve and the healthcare range you want to build. Khetsi International reviews product fit, manufacturer arrangements and the commercial basis for a territory partnership.

Programme scope

A useful partnership starts with mutual clarity.

We review each opportunity against the products, territory and responsibilities involved. Availability and exclusivity are confirmed only for a defined written agreement.

Your market and channels

Describe the market you serve and the business you want to develop.

  • Country and proposed territory
  • Hospital, pharmacy, institutional or wholesale channels
  • Current range and planned categories

Product and manufacturer fit

We work with multiple Indian manufacturers under product- and territory-specific arrangements, including exclusive export rights for agreed territories. We review availability for the products and countries in your proposal.

Market preparation

Clarify the documentation, registration, labelling and packaging work required. Agree who owns each task and what must be completed before launch.

Commercial and operating plan

Discuss opening quantities, forecasts, pricing basis, payment, samples and service expectations. Any exclusivity, performance conditions or renewal terms belong in the signed agreement.

Territory rights are specific, documented and agreed.

A partnership enquiry does not reserve a territory or grant exclusivity. Product coverage, territory, duration, responsibilities and any performance conditions are confirmed in the final written agreement.

From requirement to supply

A clear commercial process.

Each stage turns your requirements into a written basis for the next decision.

  1. Define the requirement

Share your market, specifications, quantities, packaging and destination. We review the brief before proposing a supply route.

  2. Review the supply offer

Compare the proposed product, manufacturer documentation, sample arrangements, commercial terms and shipment assumptions.

  3. Approve the agreed scope

Confirm specifications, artwork where relevant, quantities, payment terms and responsibilities in writing.

  4. Coordinate shipment and repeat orders

Follow the agreed inspection and dispatch process. Retain the approved specification as the basis for future orders.

Buyer due diligence

Know what you are approving.

Company registration and export documents are available on request. Product and manufacturer documents are reviewed against the selected specification and destination. We identify the applicable documents with the offer; a catalogue listing alone is not evidence of market approval.
